Do staff need to download an app?
No. They text your store WhatsApp number. That’s the product.
What happens to our WhatsApp number?
API WhatsApp (Twilio or Meta) is separate from the personal WhatsApp app on a phone. Use a spare SIM or landline for the store line — don’t casually migrate the owner’s personal chat number.
Who can see wages?
Store owners and managers see labor on the timesheet. Staff only see their own hours and pay rate on My schedule.
Is this for Canada?
Yes — built first for Canadian store owners (timezone, CAD on the timesheet, WhatsApp as the daily channel).
